Mark Williams is a cybersecurity leadership instructor, consultant, and enterprise security architect with more than 30 years of international experience in security, privacy, compliance, management, and enterprise security architecture. He is a Certified SANS Instructor and teaches LDR514: Security Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership, helping students connect governance, strategy, policy, and executive communication to real-world security decisions.
Mark currently consults with Cyverity and has worked across public and private sector organizations, including government agencies, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. His public work emphasizes practical security leadership, secure-by-design thinking, enterprise security architecture, and building security programs that work in practice rather than just on paper.
